Sound Barrier
July 4, 2009
Lights blink on, blink off, blink on as the concrete shudders and a loose tailflap complains in the updraft. The sky looks like meat in a freezer and two metres from your seat, a butterfly with Einstein’s intellect and Sylar’s telekinesis is recycled by a propellor shaft. The world is bleeding into spincycling infinity, but no-one can hear it through the double-glazing.
